Located at between 24th & 25th streets along Palisade Ave, this park was renovated in 1997 in association with the New Jersey Green Acres program, Ellsworth Park provides not only a scenic respite for its neighbors and visitors, but a history lesson in the changing face of Hudson County.  One of the more "monumented" parks in the county, nearly every corner of this picturesque park offers a window in Union City's past with its many dedicatory statues.  War memorials dating back to before WWI to busts of leading citizens and popular figures dot this small park.  See below for a few of these unique monuments.
